Our preventative maintenance services are designed to take a computer that works well, and ensure that it is poised to continue doing so. During the procedure, a technician will access your computer remotely, and perform the following:

Clean Up Useless Start Up Items
Clean Up Old and Temporary Files
Review Hardware Usage and Hardware Capacity
Check Hard Disk For Errors
Verify that Anti Virus and Anti Spyware Software is Installed and Fully Functional*

The procedure takes approximately 25 minutes to complete.

*Varnes Computers, LLC does not include the cost of software in this package. If needed, anti virus software can be purchased at an additional charge.

Varnes Computers guarantees the quality of all remote work for 30 days. Further issues that are not directly related to the items stated in the service package are not eligible for guarantee service. Please read the Assurance of Quality Agreement.
